Latest platform improvements
SIGNIUS now available in 12 languages
The SIGNIUS platform has been expanded with 5 new language versions:
- French,
- Spanish,
- Italian,
- Portuguese,
- Dutch.
As a result, the SIGNIUS portal is now available in 12 languages, significantly facilitating international cooperation and the signing of documents with partners, employees, and clients from different markets – without language barriers.
“Handwritten signature” – a new signature visualization
Listening to your needs, we have introduced a new graphical signature visualization option – the “handwritten signature.” It is available alongside existing formats and allows the appearance of the signature to be tailored to individual preferences and the nature of the document.
Larger files! Now up to 25 MB
In line with our customers’ expectations, we have increased the maximum size of a signed file to 25 MB. Please note that in the Business PRO Plan, this limit can be increased even further, depending on your organization’s needs. To learn more, please contact us.
We’re refreshing the SIGNIUS platform
We are continuously working on the platform’s redesign. Additional interface elements and graphics have received a new, more modern and intuitive look. This is not the end – more improvements will be introduced soon to further enhance the user experience.
AutoIdent IDnow – fast and convenient identity verification
Automated identity verification with AutoIdent IDnow is gaining increasing popularity. Its implementation has significantly reduced the time required for a single identity verification while simultaneously increasing user convenience and satisfaction. Do you know the bulk document signing feature?
This is one of the key functionalities of the SIGNIUS platform. Bulk document signing allows multiple files to be signed simultaneously in a short amount of time. As a result, administrative and business processes can be carried out faster and more efficiently – especially in organizations handling a large number of documents. This option is available to users at no additional cost.
