As part of this, the functionalities of the Gavdi eTeczka (Gavdi Employee Personnel File) solution for SAP HCM have been extended to include an electronic signature from SIGNIUS. As a result, this supports the end-to-end digitisation of employee files in organisations looking for efficient HR records management.

The joint solution enables companies in Poland to store and sign employee documents directly in employee e-files and ensures the security of the service in compliance with RODO, eIDAS and Polish legislation. With the ability to sign in bulk and in real time without the need to send documents outside the system, the process becomes not only efficient, but also fully secure.
Organisations already using Gavdi eTeczki (Gavdi ePF) can easily add the SIGNIUS electronic signature to their environment – the integration of both services is already in place, allowing for immediate implementation.
