SIGNIUS digitizes the sports environment

The digital revolution in sports is becoming a reality – the youth handball club MKS Poznań is one of the first in the region to completely switch to electronic signatures, implemented in cooperation with SIGNIUS. From now on, almost all of the club’s documents and contracts will be signed remotely on a dedicated online signing platform.

Until now, signing contracts at MKS Poznań meant printing, handing over paper documents for signing, and often waiting days. Now just one e-signature is enough to:

• sign player contracts with the club,

• approve parents’ consent for participation in tournaments,

• complete formalities related to membership declarations,

• accept GDPR clauses or marketing consents,

• as well as finalize contracts with partners and sponsors.

Everyone benefits: players, parents, coaches, fans, and sponsors, who can now handle formalities quickly and fully online in just 1 minute and a few clicks.
