We have started a collaboration with HAMMERmed Medical Polska – a company that supplies equipment for healthcare facilities. HAMMERmed chose an e-signature platform with their own branding, flexibly adapted to their operational processes. Many departments within the company are now using the service — currently including HR, accounting, sales, marketing, IT, public procurement, as well as the management team. Users sign documents remotely via the platform — using either qualified or advanced electronic signatures, depending on the document’s requirements and the specific process. Among the digitized documents are various types of agreements and annexes, purchase orders, acceptance protocols, and other documents requiring signatures from both parties.
