At the same time, recipients can sign documents for free. Once you purchase a voucher, simply pass it on to another person. After activation on the SIGNIUS platform, they can use it to sign documents without any cost.

How does it work?

Each VOUCHER is a one-time activation code that you receive instantly via email after purchase, along with a brief activation guide. The code is activated on the SIGNIUS professional platform.

In the store, you can choose from different packages of qualified and advanced signatures, varying in the number of signatures and validity period—from a 5-signature qualified package valid for 24 hours to annual packages offering up to 1,200 signatures.

How to buy electronic signatures?

1. Click the SHOP button located in the top menu of our website.
2. Add your chosen signature packages—qualified and/or advanced—to the cart (you can adjust the number of packages in the next step).
3. Go to the cart by clicking the icon in the top menu.
4. Adjust the number of packages.
5. Enter your details and proceed (if you need an invoice, make sure to fill in all the required fields).
6. After completing the payment, you will receive an email with the VOUCHERS (activation codes) for the purchased signature packages, along with activation instructions.

How to activate a VOUCHER?

A voucher comes in the form of an activation code. You can activate it in just three simple steps:

1. Create a free account or log in to the SIGNIUS Professional platform.
2. Go to “Account settings” (gear icon in the upper right corner) and select the appropriate signature package based on your purchase (advanced signatures, advanced signatures with KYC, or qualified signatures).
3. Activate the selected signature package by entering the activation code received via email in the designated field. Done!

Now, you can start signing documents online using your activated signature package.
