Yes, you can upload multiple documents at once and sign them and/or send them for signing simultaneously. This is known as multi-signing.

Can documents already signed with another signature (outside the platform) be signed on the platform?

Yes, you can upload documents that have already been signed with external signatures. Once uploaded, they can be signed and/or sent to others for signing on our platform. Before signing or forwarding, the documents undergo validation to verify the correctness of the previously applied signatures. This process adds an extra layer of security and ensures smooth document handling.

Documents are stored on the platform for 30 days after signing. With a Business Customer Account, the storage period can be customized to meet your needs. Contact us for more details.

Does everyone need to create an account on the platform to sign a document?

No, we offer the option for external users (e.g., clients of our Business Customers) to sign documents without creating an account on the platform. This functionality allows for quick access and document signing without registration. Contact us for more information about electronic signatures and our application.

Can I set the signing order for different users?

Yes, our platform allows you to define the signing order for documents. You can specify who signs first and who follows, ensuring a smooth document workflow. Alternatively, you can send the document for signing without a predefined order, allowing each signer to sign independently.

Is it possible to integrate the platform with company systems?

Yes, our platform offers API integration, enabling full synchronization with the systems used in your company, as well as with our Technology Partners’ solutions. These include tools such as e-files, DMS, and low-code platforms for electronic document workflows, such as WEBCON, among others.

What features does the Business Customer Account offer?

The Business Customer Account is an ideal solution for teams signing documents within a company. It provides complete control over the user team and the documents they sign, as well as a range of additional features. Administrators can assign roles to team members (Administrator or Employee), view all documents and folders, and set document storage rules, such as automatic deletion after 30 days. Enabling external users to sign documents without creating an account is another option, along with many other functionalities.
